Alternate Terminal – Skarfabakki 315 (Container Terminal):
In a few instances, when multiple cruises dock simultaneously, your cruise might dock at Skarfabakki 315 container terminal. Dispatch and drivers will be aware of this possibility and will locate you.

Miðbakki Cruise Port: Please wait inside until you see our driver, who will be ready to assist you. This process ensures efficient identification and hassle-free transfers.

We understand that delays can happen, and we accommodate them when possible. Our driver will wait for up to 30 minutes from the prearranged pickup time. For example, if your pickup time is scheduled for 09:00, our driver will wait until 09:30. If you do not arrive within this timeframe, a no-show status will be applied to the transfer.

When you arrive at the Cruise Terminal, please look for your driver who will be holding a sign with your name.

The type of vehicle provided will be based on the size of your group and our current vehicle availability, ranging from sedans to vans.

No cancellation fee will be charged if a booking is canceled more than 12 hours in advance.

For cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled arrival, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

For no-shows, a 100% cancellation fee will apply.

If we need to cancel the transfer service due to weather conditions or any other unforeseen events, you will receive a full 100% refund from us.
